Hi Robert, There is an extra step in transfering /info/biz/us/and soon .name domains, they require a transfer authcode.
If the domain is currently with OpenSRS the registrant will find the authcode in the manage interface under the Domain Extra's section. Additionally you can email it to the admin contact through the resellers web interface the same way you would send out the login information for a domain. If the domain is not with OpenSRS they must contact their current registrar to obtain the code.
