Ok.... I have news :)

1) All indications are that "Low Credit Notification" emails are going
through ok (we've checked various scenarios, from specific to random
resellers, and all emails that our system thinks it sent has a corresponding
entry in the mail logs stating the remote MTA received). We're still
digging on this one, but there doesn't seem to be anything wrong internally
in this regard.

2) "Transfer Declination" notices are NOT going out. We did a change to our
transfer notification sub-system earlier this month (behind the scenes,
reacting to a change in registry notification) and forgot one part. The
"Transfer Declined" trigger was not enabled. That's being done now, and we
apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. A general
announcement will be sent later today onthis issue.

We're still looking at all our mailing sub-systems to ensure there isn't any
other glitches. Thus far the news is good and there does not seem to be any
other problems. Please continue to send any evidence as it relates to issue
#1 and know that #2 will be fixed today (or early tomorrow).

Your feedback, as always, is much appreciated.

As E. Raymond says - "Many eyes..."
