These are mine fields that your customers/you might have to deal with.

I would like to know if they will be restricting content as well.
say i register  Boring.CN
and include information on the site that they deem controversial:
Would they kill that domain?

Knowing China's extreme practice of censorship and oppression, i'd be
surprised if they wouldn't.

Imo, it's best to get things as clear as possible before one considers
selling this domain.
