Just to offer an alternative view: If see someone walking down the street wearing a mask, and it isn't Oct 31, I call the cops. If someone is trying to hide their identity on the net, I assume they are up to no good. We started life as a 'real name' only BBS that voice-verified all accounts and continue that policy today. The only way I could see having domains where owner information wasn't available would be if there was some sort of flag to show that the domain either had valid info or didn't, so I could block all access from non-validated domains. Handles are for the '1337'[1] crowd. That was high school almost 20 years ago. Now I want to know who I'm doing business with. [1] that's 'leet' as in elite. ========================================================== Chris Candreva -- [EMAIL PROTECTED] -- (914) 967-7816 WestNet Internet Services of Westchester http://www.westnet.com/
