Under the circumstances, I'll support it as well.  With PayPal's recent
addition of local currency options, a growing number of non-US vendors,
myself included, will be offering PayPal as a payment option.  The
integration of a PayPal IPN link to the billing system would seem like a
few hours of programming at most, and would save resellers money that
could otherwise be spent on marketing to increase domain name sales.  :)
