Just wanted to jump in here - we are actively looking at fulfilling this
requirement. Not sure if it will be PayPal or not at this point, but the
general goal will be to allow resellers to move money around a lot
cheaper than they can today. More deets as they become available. The
feedback is invaluable - thanks.
