Hi Charles,       I found the error. Even though the order form (Pending Orders - Tech info) shows you can use: 123-456-7890 and +1.2223334444 formats for a phone, it will only all you to use the +1 format. Not sure what the scoop is but that is the only way I could get it to go through.
