Hi Michael

1- On the first issue, do you include yourself as one of the contacts on the
cert? Tech for eg?
Geotrust has no visibility into the actual reseller for the cert, but we could
instigate a business process that if you include a term like (Reseller) or
something behind
your contact, that they firstly go after that. What do you think?
2-I'll talk to Geotrust about getting their support team to stop "spamming".

Let me know,

Kim Phelan

Subject: Text in GeoTrust email message

The following text snippet was at the end of an email message sent from
GeoTrust Support to a client (the message was sent because an approval
email wasn't replied to.)

I'd prefer that:

1. GeoTrust hollers at me, not the client, when an approval message hasn't
been answered, and,
2. that GeoTrust messages don't discuss prices or upsell. (I know the
information is on the GeoTrust web site but...)
