Downsizing is a way to get profitable.

"Our namespace"? How can you say this? How is your namespace protected?
A ".GOD" trademark won't help you.

And the only thing Goolnik was fined for is that he didn't made it pretty
clear that his domain names do not work
(at the moment), like VeriSigns IDNs didn't worked when they offered it.
He wasn't fined for offering .GOD domain names.

Some other companies (DomainIsland,..) wanted to sue New.net because the
"duplicated" some of their TLDs (.shop,...).
Haven't heard that they were successful.
