That was done Ross.  By many people.  Icann never listened.  And now is to
late to pay them much attention.  Theres no need to aim arrows of
substance any more.  The general consensus is that icann has failed.  the
verdict was passed some time ago by the very people icann claims it serves
and listens too.  and now that the judges have left the court - well the
trial is over.  No one is left to appeal too.  I'm sure you remeber i
predicted this on several of the domain policy lists.

Now I'm waiting for the final act.  full government participation.  the
isociety as fleming  calls them made a dog breakfast of icann and
government will gurantee it's final death and burial.
