I'd prefer to under-regulate, but provide more choice so that customers
(companies, individuals, etc...) can opt to work within TLDs that have more
or less rigid rules than one another. For instance, I would love to see
something along the lines of .per to balance out .name as .biz is attempting
to do with .com. Maybe we need a new TLD like .!$ that non-profits can
migrate to if they want to take advantage of a more regulated space. Over
time, the markets will sort out the winners from the losers and the minor
variances in rules won't much matter - except to whom it should
