I finamiliar with the original definitions but I'm talking about the
practice.  .COM domain only became popular over .ORG only after the rush.
Remember around 1975 all the newbies started collecting themselves in the
.COM world.  .ORG was a "catch all" tld - maybe in definition but not in
practice.
