We have been trying to register a new domain that seemed to be unregistered, but when
we have searched in opensrs.com we have discoverd that this domain was registered
previously but when expiration arrived last month it was not renewed. Finally we have
noticed that its status is: Status: REGISTRAR-HOLD. The registrar is opensrs, of
course.
My question is : Can this status be due to not reaching the registrant for renewal?
For how long is this status mantained? Can we apply for this domain in case the
domainis not renewed?
