This is an Opensrs discuss list.
People have been posting Opensrs related questions here since day 1.  I
think mainly because one is ensured a prompt response, if not from Opensrs,
then from one of us resellers.

That said, unless it's an urgent question, emailing opensrs support is not a
bad first place to try.  What's the turnaround time these days with support
questions?  Is the ticketing system working?
