I will clarify this for everyone who may be concerned. Domain Support
Group does not have an active reseller account with OpenSRS. They are
not transfering names into an OpenSRS account with Tucows, either
from another Registrar, or from other Tucows resellers. They are also not
registering any new names within an OpenSRS reseller account. My
understanding
is that they are currently using another US based registrar.

No, not really.  They still have to ack the transfer at the admin
contact email address.
