The general public can only access domain names through a registrar.

Do registrars, or more specifically opensrs resellers have access? Yes,
see my previous message (below)... it probably isn't the best access, but
it is access.

Most of the more serious speculators in the .ca secondary market
place their orders with more than one .ca registrar for their TBR
domains. There seem to be between 20 and 30 .ca registrars which queue
requests for TBR domains and automatically submit them as fast as
they can at the stroke of noon.

If there are domains you "must have", I would advise playing the
game that way, and then (optionally) transfering the domains to
your opensrs profile.
