There's nothing to stop you from doing both. I put the "must have" clause in there for a reason... I also suggested that you copy the folks that are "making it work" (as compared it being my advice) ... being an OpenSRS reseller is not a priviledged position in the TBR game, you're sharing a registrar queue with all/any other resellers (on the otherhand your queue is probably short) ...
