Revoke domains

Sorry, I do not understand what it means 'Revoke domains '
I know about roking priviliges in db programming, but even
after checking in my dictionary I do not understand what it
exactly means concerning a domain.
Does it mean 'delete a domain name' ? (what I am waiting for since a long time)

And where do I find the 'revoke' feature in the RWI?
