What happened to December release for SPAM filter

Does anyone know what happened to the "Early December" release of SPAM 
filtering tools?

These were supposed to be applicable to both the Tucows hosted email 
system and 3rd party systems.

Anyone have any release information?

Did I miss an announcement?
