The delays are fine, but we would like to have more communications on status. The last announcement was for an "early December" release.
Directly from the Newsletter: "Tucows' anti-spam with email attack prevention will be released inearly December 2003. "
We told our customers December as a result. What should we actually tell them now?
Reminds me of what a friend of mine used to say:
"
Me: So after all, when can you deliver this [substitute any service/product] to me? I need to know.
Friend: There is one thing I can definetely promise you: not before [substitute date].
"
