The delays are fine, but we would like to have more communications on status. The last announcement was for an "early December" release.
Directly from the Newsletter: "Tucows' anti-spam with email attack prevention will be released inearly December 2003. "
We told our customers December as a result. What should we actually tell them now?

The anti-spam service has actually morphed into something bigger too as it will include DOS/Email Attach Prevention (included), Content/Attachment Filtering (optional upgrade) and more. We're working with our technology partner, MX Logic, to launch with a new release of their product which incorporates a number of new features including user aliasing, domain aliasing, new filtering functionality and more that wasn't available in the December timeframe. MX Logic is currently running this upgraded version in their production environment and we will moving this version to our production environment in early January. We felt it was better to hold off on a launch until we had this new version. Sorry for the delay, but I hope you will end up being much happier with the end service.

These were supposed to be applicable to both the Tucows hosted email system and 3rd party systems.
