This idea of just listing us as the Registrant and Admin Contact sounds like a legal and administrative nightmare.
Well, as I said... as for administrative nightmare, we're an all-volunteer organization and our life is "lots of effort for not a penny return" so it makes sense for us. As far as legal issues go, we go places lots of other people won't -- we're the folks who shot down Diebold's DMCA takedown order when "real" ISPs couldn't be bothered.
