Yes to #1. I don't know about the other two.


One interesting thing to note is that your client (the registrant) will get mail directly from Nominet with a certificate of registration and some forms for changing their address and contact info. One of our clients was very confused when they first received the papers and it took a minute to convince them that they were in fact the registrant and had their names for 2 years.

So if you have a client who is new to .UK, you may want to let them know they'll get a certificate and some (useless?) forms in the mail from the registry.
