As a part of the ruling, DRoA is obligated to send out an email informing their "customers" that they have the option to be paid to be transfered out. The text of this email is defined by the FTC ruling. You can download a copy of this (in pdf format).

The ruling came down a couple of days before Christmas, and DRoA is supposed to maintain a link on their website about this. Does anyone know anything on dates by when DROA would be required to act on this?
