Are you really so ignorant that you are sending messages like "are you aware that you are spamming?" to domain owners???
Of course I do... in cases where I know or can determine that the domain itself is not that of a spammer but rather of a small-to-medium host that's being exploited.
The only correct one, nobody but the registrar has ANY buisiness with who owns the domain, keeping the current whois "intact" and or replacing it with the VGRS sponsored "crisp" solution is absolute nonsense aimed at serving the IP community and spammers.
Of course, since i'm a big believer in IP, even though I hadn't though of that, it's a good additional reason.
