The point to remember here is that domains are "supposed" to be registered for use. Removing the domain name servers means they are not in use and is against the spirit of domain registration although in practical terms there will always be reasons why this may be needed. It should not be abused and domains should not be left undelegated and unused for any length of time. It gets back to the old domain hoarding and resale issues. Now the bubble has burst it isn't so much of a problem and we should only see mostly legitimate reasons for non-delegation. Darryl (Dassa) Lynch
