We use http://srsengine.com for our billing management. Their management interface handles autorenewals for domains through OpenSRS, hosting, Zoneedit DNS and Blogware. Our Customers can also login and change their credit card info without contacting us.

How are other currently handling billing for regular transactions and auto-renewals. I am particularly interested in the latter.
