It looks like the film has been back up for a few days, which is nice. As far as I know, she doesn't know why -- somebody must have heard her complaint and silently flipped the switch back. Anyway, I can vouch for GEMA being totally awful. Very many videos have that same notice, and it's seemingly only a problem in Germany. Videos that seem to completely innocuously have music in the background are not visible here, and there's no way for people outside of Germany to see what will make it through.
It's a little bit of a first world problem to complain that certain videos aren't available here, but occasionally it's a real issue. Collecting societies are real jerks almost all the time, but I think GEMA takes the cake. And Nina's video is a great response!
