You can output from Prezi into other formats but it loses its formatting in 
pdf, if you want the full experience, then you have to host it with them, I 
believe.

Anyway, you can always use impress.js (http://bartaz.github.com/impress.js) 
which has Prezi's features (plus a few of its own), but is Free Software and 
uses nothing more than standard HTML markup.
