失礼、「近似値検索」ではなく「近似値一致」ですね。

実際ここで指定するの値が TRUE (=1)/FALSE (=0)
で、はい/いいえ を連想させることを考慮すると、
ストレートに「近似値検索」にしてはどうかなと思います。
