Ok, so, the content I manage will reside on some content banks. Presumably, as an average Joe, one way or another I pay a service fee and my content is replicated in a few places and I have some guarantees about the number and location of copies, the bandwidth attached to those copies, back-up policies, etc.
And, presumably I have some portability: I can cancel my deal with one entity and move to another. One initial question that comes to mind concerns naming and routing. My content has some URL but that URL ideally points to a P2P network in the first instance and, in the second instance, which network it points to exactly can change over time.
