This is great news!  I am apart of the Core Team of The Carpentries, as the
Deputy Director of Workshops & Meetings and I live in Detroit. I have had
it on my to do list to organise a CarpenTEA for the Michigan community.
Basically a meetup to discuss all things Carpentries!
