Is what comprises "Illumos". To be fair, "Illumos" also contains OS/Net man
pages now too (where it didn't inside Sun).

As of this moment, there are two installable entities (Linux folks might call
them distros) of Illumos:

So they are Illumos ('the core') plus the rest of the userland then (in different
flavors/usage targets).. ?

Is this enough to clear some of the confusion? Or am I adding to it. And if
I got anything wrong here, please chime in.

If my tripplecheck above is correct, then it's crystal clear. If not, then yes, you
added to it :D
