Copy is not the way because you need to maintain it anyway and be able
to reproduce CBE easily on other systems. So I have to include it
somewhere in the distro used as CBE. Lesson learnt from JDS gate
history, for long time it maintained own "CBE consolidation" outside of
the system and it was not the best idea.
