Yeah... I'm lucky.  I have a single public IP (which I *PAY* for :( ) on 
Verizon FiOS, and I nat my two internal networks that are allowed to reach the 
world.

I worked on early IPv6 and I'm a combination of not-surprised & horrified about 
it.  It doesn't help that our then-dreams of secure endpoints (even the 
strawman "IP toaster") never happened thanks to laziness and the other usual 
suspects.
