Wondering if anyone has a good framework for managing project post mortems.
I am looking for ways to evaluate team performance, how well we met project goals, how good the "product" of efforts met user needs, capturing what we did well and what we need to improve on, stakeholder feedback etc. Anyone have a template they might be willing to share? What would you include in a project evaluation? How much time would you spend with your team and stakeholders at the end of an effort to assess how you did? Do you do Post Mortem's at all? Is there an essential aspect to doing them right? -Greg ________________________________________________________________ *Come to IxDA Interaction08 | Savannah* February 8-10, 2008 in Savannah, GA, USA Register today: http://interaction08.ixda.org/ ________________________________________________________________ Welcome to the Interaction Design Association (IxDA)!
