But it's funny, we tease people / companies like 37signals for trying, when in the other corner we have companies like Microsoft, etc, who just don't care. The thing I find interesting or nice about Jason and teams responses is they're a bit more personal, or so I take them. They're a small company trying to support a product for a community of people. Not to drag on a topic you likely didn't mean to create, but I remember last year when Jet Blue screwed up royally with their flight delays, leaving people in planes on the runway for upwards of 12 hours. And following that David Neeleman, CEO, sent out a very heart felt response. An amazingly scripted letter. Apologizing.
