But the same report showed a vast separation once you get into management and upper management. Also, lets remember that we are not all IAs, AND! the term "underrepresented" is not really a term about statistics but is a euphemism trying to deal with the realities that -isms (pick yours: sexism, racism, antisemitism, homophobia [not literally an "ism"], etc.) still exist.
