For a captivating experience, try Adobe Captivate. When I was in the eLearning biz I fell in love w/ the absolute ease-of-use for both designers, writers and developers. It only takes an hour or 2 to learn and then you can spend countless hours tweaking the look and feel etc. ad nauseum.
