While the look and feel of the quiz is important, I think that you should make the quiz somewhat challenging and possibly have multiple correct answers where one might be a bit better than the others. At CHI, I attended a session on the use of the game show metaphor for accessibility where professional actors played the role of people with disabilities and we were given quizzes related to the disability protrayed and discussed by the actors. In some cases, 2 or 3 of the 4 answers were 'correct', however, one question was often the "best" of serveral good choices. This made people think and presented an interesting challenge. The actor discussed the anwers to the quiz question and said things like "yes, that would help, BUT, the one that would help the most would be "c".
The right answer was not always obvious and having more than a single right answer was a better learning experience than having humorous answers or "THE RIGHT" answer.
