Things I do now:
1. Making three-way calls, because it is so obvious how to do it. Add-Call button, dial the next number however you usually dial, Merge-Calls button (in the same place the Add-Call button was). It just works! 2. Taking pictures with the phone instead of the digital camera in my backpack, because the iPhone pictures are good enough for most purposes and they get onto my Mac more often than from the camera (i.e., when I charge). 3. Adding new people to my contact list, because it is faster to do it than with any other phone I have had before. The on-screen keyboard is just so much easier than multi-tap.

Things I can't do anymore and miss:
1. Sending photos from my phone to my kid's phones, because it sends them in regular email and nobody in my family likes using the email on the iPhone (all 4 of us have iPhones and, to my knowledge, nobody uses the email). I sure wish I could send photos phone-to-phone not mediated through regular email (anybody know how I can do that)? 2. Having a separate ring tone for each person in my family -- sure I can have different ring tones, but the only one of the default ring tones I can actually hear is the annoying alarm signal (sounds like an alarm on a submarine or a fire alarm). I tried distinctive ringtones for my family, but I missed too many calls from them because I didn't hear the ring and they all got mad at me. I wish all the sounds could be turned up louder for us 50+ crowd with failing hearing. (Yes, I did go to the Apple Store and ask them to help me with this - they said I have it as loud as it goes.)

Everybody else seems to use the web -- I HATE that because it is so slow (yes, I have an original iPhone). I only do it when I have no other way to get to the web. Many people use email -- I can't stand that because the top 50 are always spam and I can't search or sort -- again, I would much prefer to whip out my laptop than struggle with this tiny screen with no searching or sorting (no, I don't use spam filters and yes, I have a lot of good reasons not to, but it does make the iPhone unusable for email).
Listen to music, yeah, I do some of that, but it didn't make the top three.
