Hi Greg,

My three (in no particular order):

1. Micro-blogging (Twitter) - the Twitterrific app allows me to
spontaneously tweet (feels more natural) at any time. Plus, I check tweets
sent by folk I follow all the time. I'm interested in the tweets for news
and interests - seems a natural way to stay tuned.

2. Email (Gmail) - I check and send emails/correspondance in much the same
way I use Twitter, but I use it in a more comprehensive way - greater
detail.

3. Internet (Safari) - random and time-wasting fun and during meetings for
confirmations. News, location-based interactions (Brightkite), wiki
management, and staying in touch with authoritive news feeds.

Cheers,

Rob
