When I tested video games I jammed out with this kid that made a light
sensor for his guitar. The amount of light could be applied to any effect,
volume, reverb, etc... He made it himself. So, by putting his hand over it
it yielded silence, pointing the sensor towards the light 0 to 11. Mad
science.
I was impressed. Him and his crew were the types that made their own video
game controllers to play soul caliber. Total jedi.
I like all forms of expression. If it's easier that's fine, that just frees
up more room to try something new.
Dude I met in amsterdam said the dj's in japan not only have control of the
bass, mid, and treble, they have control of the air pressure of the room and
the temperature! That is rad.
I'll check out those links. Original sound is always good. I wanted
to stethoscope my heart beat while I played and sang and do some digital
weirdness. maybe i still will....
