This was mostly my reaction too. The controls were not particularly intuitive, and there was no connection between individuals' contributions nor any information about who the contributors were and why I should be interested in their thoughts. The whole thing seemed gimmicky, especially when I came across plugs for Herman Miller products. It might work better with a topic that lends itself less to platitudinous responses, but beyond that, there isn't a lot of incentive to keep exploring or to go back to the site.
