Thanks all... I'm looking for something different than techniques, methods and toolkits... something more focused around conscious, repeatable methods for gathering raw research from multiple sources in specific contexts and transforming it into real insight & information.
Maybe what I'm thinking of doesn't really exist yet. If that turns out to be the case, I guess I'll just have to develop it myself. : ) F.
