Hi Kishor, It's a pretty fine line.
For a Heuristic Evaluation, an interface is judged against some established rules of thumb (e.g. "visibility of system status" and "match between system and the real world"). For an Expert Review, the reviewer judges the interface against heuristics and their own personal experience/opinions on interface design. So pretty similiar. Hope this helps, Cheers, Suze.
