Thanks Suze for response. Had some reading on this and got understanding that in Heuristics, evaluator does not perform any task or evaluates any flow as such, rather he just apply usability principles to find out usability issues, whereas in expert review expert performs task, task optimization, etc (a cognitive walkthrough).
