Jared hit the nail when he posted the link to Steve's book. We are specifically looking for advice from folks who have experience with the approach described in Steve's book with his "qualitative quantitative validation." We've completed the qualitative portion. Perhaps validate isn't the right word, but the quant approach he describes in the book is area where we are interested hearing from others in the community.
