Thanks for your replies, it was good to get some validation in what I was thinking of doing in this situation.
I was thinking the best way would probably have to be some sort of Journaling/Diary method, but I was thinking more written then photo. However, I'm not entirely sure what the best way of doing it is. Are there any articles that describe best practices that you are aware of?
