I love this thread--it reminds me of the time back in 1991 when, as a technical writer, I had to deal with the project owner who popped his head into our conference room (where we were feverishly learning their AS400 order processing system, diagramming interaction flow, and sketching tasks) and said, "I don't hear any typing. Why aren't you working?"
